UNLOCK WORLD is a real-world city exploration game made by gamers, for gamers. Players observe real places, connect clues and solve mysteries, adding scenes to their maps and achievements to their profiles. Playing through local stories helps them discover a region and choose where to explore next.
Turning local stories into shared adventures
We create adventures with tourism organizations, festivals, local businesses, and brands, inviting visitors to discover and participate.
| Partner | Collaboration | Core value |
|---|
| Local authorities & tourism organizations | Story quests connecting landmarks and surrounding places | Connect local assets into one travel experience and understand visitor participation. |
| Festival & event organizers | Time-limited quests shaped around the event and venue | Add the pleasure of solving challenges and give visitors reasons to explore the venue. |
| Shopping districts, shops & workshops | Shared adventures connecting distinctive local places | Help visitors experience local stories and discover nearby places. |
| Companies & brands | Quests and optional benefits connected to a brand theme | Bring a brand into an active travel experience and learn from participation and benefit use. |
Build the first adventure and verify the experience
The introduction website, interactive web demo, and tag and screen designs are in place. Over the next five weeks, we will bring them into an Android app and physical NFC tags, complete one representative quest, and test functionality and usability on selected devices and on site.
The budget for MVP production and validation is KRW 4 million. We lead planning, content, integration, demonstrations and quality assurance, with specialist support for development, design, printing and finishing. Allocations for app and tag prototypes, materials, tools and services follow the production specifications and quotations.
The first five weeks will produce and test an Android app prototype, a small batch of NFC tags and one representative quest. The full-season concept then expands to 10–15 Jeonju locations, three themes, nine required quests, three optional quests and six titles.
A model for ongoing collaboration
Partners can commission local content, seasonal operations, and brand collaborations. Travelers earn core quest rewards and titles through play; sponsored benefits add optional experiences.
Prototype findings will guide commercial operations and the scale of field trials. iOS support and app-store releases follow in later stages.
Scope and schedule · Validation plan · Partnerships
Three pillars of the game
The map turns visited places and solved mysteries into scenes. Collected clues unlock letters and new requests. Titles and profiles record observation, deduction and new experiences, connecting each achievement to the next goal.
From deliverables to local collaboration
The five-week APK prototype, physical NFC tags, bilingual quest specification, demonstration video and test findings will support regional partnership proposals. These materials will inform discussions with the startup support office and programs tailored to Jeonju, tourism organizations, workshops, markets and shopping districts.
