Building on the web demo and design assets, the five-week plan creates Android and NFC prototypes running one representative quest. The goal is one complete play experience and evidence to guide the next production stage.
Current assets and planned deliverables
| Stage | Scope |
|---|
| Available now | Initial planning, introduction website, basic web demo, tag and screen design assets |
| Five-week target | Android APK prototype, physical NFC tags, one representative quest |
| Evidence | Bilingual quest specification, demonstration video, validation findings, local partner proposal |
The first five weeks will produce and test an Android app prototype, a small batch of NFC tags and one representative quest. The full-season concept then expands to 10–15 Jeonju locations, three themes, nine required quests, three optional quests and six titles.
MVP production and validation budget
The budget for MVP production and validation is KRW 4 million. We lead planning, content, integration, demonstrations and quality assurance, with specialist support for development, design, printing and finishing. Allocations for app and tag prototypes, materials, tools and services follow the production specifications and quotations.
Five-week production and validation schedule
| Week | Work | Evidence |
|---|
| 1 | Visit Hanok Village, Pungnammun and Nambu Market; design observations, puzzle and rewards | Review three candidate areas, then select one place or segment |
| 2 | Build NFC entry and save/resume structure | Tag reading on selected devices and same-device restoration |
| 3 | Integrate the request, two clues, choices, hints and seal use | A complete flow from the first solution to opening the letter |
| 4 | Check Korean/English guidance and run field experience tests | First usability round, findings and priorities |
| 5 | Improve, retest and prepare deliverables | Second round, APK, video, findings and follow-up proposal |
Tag prototypes will be produced alongside the app during weeks 1–3. One of the five location designs will be selected for a batch of four or five units. Visits to Hanok Village, Pungnammun and Nambu Market will establish access and observation points; installation positions will be agreed with facility managers.
Representative quest implementation scope
The prototype will implement NFC entry → understanding the request → two visual clues → choices and three hint levels → restoring the seal → the first 100 points, one title and one place’s map change → opening the letter with the seal → the next objective → same-device save/resume. Korean and English share progress and rewards. The flow ends by introducing the follow-up objective.
Device-local saving will restore the interrupted stage and collection. NFC serves as the on-site entry point to the game. Accounts, servers and anti-cloning measures for misuse prevention will be designed and validated in a later operating phase.
Workstreams and completion criteria
| Workstream | Scope |
|---|
| Planning | Field elements, two-clue puzzle, rewards, bilingual specification |
| App prototype production and validation | In-house integration, targeted development support, device, flow and usability checks |
| NFC tag prototype production | Design refinement, printing, finishing, small-batch assembly and reading tests |
| Deliverables and regional partner proposals | APK, physical tags, demo video, findings and proposal |
The representative flow will be tested on selected device, tag and app versions for error recovery, duplicate-reward prevention and save restoration. Observations of goal comprehension, independent solving, reward understanding and voluntary next exploration will set improvement priorities. Deliverables are the APK, physical tags, demonstration video and test findings; app-store release and commercial contracts follow in a later business stage.
Later expansion
Prototype findings will set priorities for rankings, friends, seasons, multiple regions, long-term titles, operator systems and iOS. Shared rules and production tools will support local content, with production servers and accounts extending records across journeys. Prize programs will be designed separately after assessing verification and operating costs.
